Challenge Defining Report

DORIS Research, a design research consulting firm, was contracted by a large national retailer to define the challenges that were present within the company. The project took several months to complete and I worked with a team of people in different states to help get the project to completion. I had a small role in the overarching project while I was an intern but I set up the usability study using Vantage Space and made the architectural floorpans for the final document. It was an amazing experience working with the other design researcher at DORIS and I learned many valuable skills that will help me be a better design researcher down the road.
