For this project, we were tasked with integrating AI into a workforce of our choice so that AI can help workers achieve a better quality of life. We chose ride share workers since we couldn't find many resources for this demographic. We created an AI assistant that could solve many of the pain points we found during our secondary and primary research. Our usability testing showed that this proof of concept would likely work well in a real world setting, helping empower drivers and aiding to their overall satisfaction.
The work was evenly split during the project with each team member being actively apart of every stage of the design process.
